Jar of green pickled olives hand picked from farms in villages near the town of Jenin on the West Bank. The preparation is a traditional recipe used in many homes throughout Palestine. Some of the olives have been cracked before the pickling process to release that extra favour. The mix is largely made up of olives plus some slices of lemon and hot green pepper.
